"Effet d'empreinte" was commissioned by Musica festival for "La nuit Jean Catoire" with l'Onceim. The premiere of the piece took place on September 16, 2023 at 5.34am at the Palais des Fêtes, Strasbourg. Composed during summer 2023, the piece is freely inspired by Jean Catoire's Opus 556.
Live stereo version recorded and mixed by Frédéric Apffel.
